Purchase exchange provisions

Preparations for exchanging and refunding

1、Contact customer service center by phone 0711-3850979 or mailservice@picture2arts.comPlease inform the order running number and the reason to exchange.

 

2、Keep the goods, its package, spare parts, consignment voucher and etc intact.

 

When you have the right to exchange

 

1、The precondition to refund:
A、Within three days from the day of receiving the merchandise and the seal not taken off ;
B、Within three days from the day of receiving the merchandise the customer finds quality issues;
C、Match the exchange condition, whereas P2A has no product in the same model number and the customer is unwilling to exchange for product in other norm

2、The precondition to exchange:
A、Within three days from the day of receiving the merchandise and the seal not taken off;
B、Within seven days from the day of receiving the merchandise the customer finds quality issues;
C、Within the warranty period, the product cannot work normally after repairing twice and the mender can offer repairing records and proof.

For every oil painting, we provide 20 years warranty. If it is not artificial damage, we will remake a new one for you with 40% discount。

 

The shipment cost caused by exchanging and refunding the purchase

1、Assumed by the customer :
A、Within three days from the day of receiving the merchandise and the seal not taken off; the customer ask for refunding the purchase ;
B、The customer directly sends the product back without contacting our customer service center ;
C、The customer sends the product back without consignment voucher and the package not sound.
2、Assumed by P2A:
A、Within three days from the day of receiving the merchandise the customer finds quality issues and ask for refunding the purchase;
B、Within seven days from the day of receiving the merchandise the customer finds quality issues and ask for exchanging the purchase ;
C、The product cannot work normally after repairing twice and the customer ask for exchanging ;
D、All the goods which match exchanging condition need to send back by post and verified by P2A ;then exchange and refund .

 

The precondition not to exchange and refund

1、The quality issue is not out of normal use ;
2、Keep or expose the goods in environment beyond its bearing ;
3、Repair, misuse, ignore, alter or fix wrongly without authorization ;
4、Force majeure;
5、Foods or objects splash down ;
6、Product’s normal damage ;
7、Not contact the customer service center before sending the product back ;
8、The package or the attachment are damaged or not sound ;
9、Exceed the quality warranty ;
10、The goods is not made by P2A .

 

Other tips

1、P2A cannot assure the color completely identical between the computer reveal and the real product ;
2、Some products have special provisions; execute according to particular provisions ;
3、The final explanations right reserved.
