1.Validity All trade clauses are valid to after-sale services. Any clause amending will be published on our website in time. |
| 2. Contract We have the right to cancel the contract if we find big mistake in product and order (see clause 4). Picture2arts is also entitled to control the purchase quantity . |

| 3. Price and goods condition The price and goods condition will be labeled clearly after each goods. These information will change at any time and not be announced (We’ll try to ensure the accuracy of the information).If there is some accident to change your goods price; we will inform you by email. And you have the right to cancel the order. |
4. Deliver the goods We will send the product to the address you have appointed. All the figures of processing and delivering are not that exact. We will make the delivering time as short as possible. |
| 5. Laws and jurisdiction The contract between you and P2A applies to the laws of PRC. All conflicts will resort to local people’s court. |
6. The invalidity of clauses and the terms If some clauses are invalid by some reasons, the rest clauses will not be influenced. |
